Don't stay in a sad place
Where they don't care how you are
Where they don't care how you are
Everyone says hi
If the money is lousy
You can always come home
You can always come home
We can do the old things
We can do all the bad things
We can do all the bad things
If the food gets you leery
You can always phone
You can always phone
We could do all the good things
We could do it, we could do it,
we could do it
We could do it, we could do it,
we could do it
Thanks, David Bowie, for those lyrics. G-g-gold.
Thanks for the birthday sweetness, everyone.
'Specially feel special for getting greetings from Iceland. Woah.
(And Rio, and Amsterdam, and Brunswick, mwah mwah mwah)
Last week, this night, I was eating roast lamb up at the ranch, wearing fur, drinking and drinking and talking with the lovers and peeps. I was sunburnt. I was delirious with happiness.
[I feel an apology for all this self-indulgence is necessary... No 'issues' on the lament of late. Sorry. Must get back to reading papers news. Get out there out of my head. Or my arse. Sorry.]

Your feet aren't freezing?? I'm wearing boots already . . . wore heels last weekend, and I swore I couldn't feel my toes.
Do you get your hair cut in Seoul? It is so cute.
Pia! That's me in Melbourne... It is summer there now. But! I AM wearing the espadrilles here in Seoul... With socks and legwarmers. My concern is my fingers - I can't find my cute leather gloves that got me through a Lithuanian winter.
As for the hair, I hate it, I'm trying to grow it. I get it cut in Hongdae. Thanks for the compliment.
It's not summer here in Oz, it's Spring, and we have just had snow in the Dandenongs, and, of all places, in Queensland (the first snow since before WW2). Very strange, but back to the 20's today. Miss you Jessie. Hugs and Happy Hippy (belated) Burpday.
Frying-Pan
Hey Frying-Pan, yeah sorry, I was fudging, summer starts in 2 weeks in Oz. And I know it's unseasonably cold right now. BUT I DID get sunburnt there last week, just lazing in the sun in a singlet.
